Caro is a classically trained actor and self-taught filmmaker with an appetite for thought-provoking, human-driven stories. She's especially inspired by tenacious female protagonists transcending internalized beliefs.

As a filmmaker, Caro’s goal is to transmute her inner dialogues into cinematic experiences that reflect a shared human experience, hoping viewers can recognize their own humanity in them, and leave the work with a sense of belonging. 

In Spring 2025, her short screenplay, PENDEJA, was a semi-finalist in the Shore Scripts Short Film Fund and a 2026 official selection at the LA Under the Stars Film Festival. Her first short film, NO MORE EXCUSES, was nominated for Best Microshort at IndieX Film Festival in May 2026.

And of the highest importance, Caro is a proud first-generation Dominican from Qu33ns, New York, now residing in Los Angeles. #yerr
